Now, more than ever, in this time of COVID-19, we are made aware of the power of our minds to either complicate or transform challenging situations.
In Loving Kindness (metta) meditation, we make use of our interconnectedness to overcome anxieties and fears and open our hearts for ourselves and others.
By meditating together each Wednesday evening we can send powerful wishes to both ourselves and others over the whole world. May we all be happy and well and safe.
This meditation session is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced meditators.
