Loving Kindness meditation – for overcoming fear and isolation

For everyone wanting to care well for themselves and others

Now, more than ever, in this time of COVID-19, we are made aware of the power of our minds to either complicate or transform challenging situations.

In Loving Kindness (metta) meditation, we make use of our interconnectedness to overcome anxieties and fears and open our hearts for ourselves and others.

By meditating together each Wednesday evening we can send powerful wishes to others over the whole world who are sharing the same situation that we ourselves are in.

May we all be happy and well and safe.

This meditation session is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced meditators.
