In Loving Kindness (metta) meditation, we connect to the deep wish for happiness we all have, in order to open our hearts to ourselves and others.
Each Wednesday evening we take time to practise wishing ourselves and others true happiness and wellbeing: May we all be happy. May we all be well and safe.
This meditation session is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced meditators.
