We all need and deserve compassion, yet the person we can be hardest on is often ourselves. When we take care of others we can also struggle with feelings of inadequacy or helplessness.
In this Self-Compassion meditation session we reconnect to our innate capacity for empathy and kindness to gradually wear out the habit of self-criticism and self-judgement. These meditation methods can help us bear difficult situations with more patience and inner strength.
