We all need and deserve compassion, yet the person we can be hardest on is often ourselves. When we take care of others we may also struggle with feelings of frustration or helplessness.
In this Self-Compassion Sunday meditation session we reconnect to our innate capacity for empathy and kindness to gradually wear out the habit of self-criticism and self-judgement. This meditation method can help us bear difficult situations with more patience and inner strength. Every Sunday evening 19.00 – 19.40 except when Monthly Gatherings are taking place.

This session extends to a monthly gathering where we have time to learn about the practice, connect as a community, reflect on our own journey, clarify questions and practise together. We recommend you join these gatherings if you are new to the practice of Self-Compassion.
