In this Sunday evening Self-Compassion meditation session we reconnect to our innate capacity for empathy and kindness to gradually wear out the habit of self-criticism and self-judgement. This meditation method can help us bear difficult situations with more patience and inner strength.
Self-compassion Monthly Gatherings
18.00 – 19.45 (starting on 7th March, each 1st Sunday of the month)
This session will be extended to a monthly gathering where we will have time to learn about the practice, connect as a community, reflect on our own journey,clarify questions and practise together. We recommend you join these gatherings if you are new to the practice of Self-Compassion.
