In this Self-Compassion Sunday meditation session we reconnect to our innate capacity for empathy and kindness to gradually wear out the habit of self-criticism and self-judgement. This meditation method can help us bear difficult situations with more patience and inner strength. Every Sunday evening except on Sundays where a Self-Compassion Gathering is taking place.

This session extends to a monthly gathering where we have time to learn about the practice, connect as a community, reflect on our own journey, clarify questions and practise together. We recommend you join these gatherings if you are new to the practice of Self-Compassion.
